Refund and Returns Policy

❌ Our cancellation policy

100 % of the total reservation amount (after admin charge) will be refunded if cancelled one month prior to the date of arrival.

50 % of the total reservation amount (after admin charge) will be charged if cancelled in between 30 days and 14 days prior to the check in date.

100 % of the total reservation amount will be charged if cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival.

⏲️ No postponed or preponed of dates.

Refund will be processed  during the checkin date.

Admin charge 20% applicable on refund.
